Birthday parties with a quest, an arcade and a host
Two private party rooms off the arcade, three packages from $249, pizza from a kitchen three doors down, and a host who does the clean-up. You bring the cake and the birthday kid.
How a party day goes
- Arrival. Your host meets the group at the desk, tags everyone with a wristband in your party colour and takes the cake to the fridge.
- Quest first. Kids go into the quest while it is fresh; the host and a game master run it together and take the photo at the end.
- Arcade. The host hands out play cards loaded for the package and keeps an eye on the group so parents can sit down.
- Party room. Pizza lands hot, cake comes out on cue, presents get opened. The host clears up while you do the goodbyes.

Two teams race the Temple and the ship at once.
Extra guests beyond the package size are $22 each and get the same quest, arcade time and food share. Packages are for kids; adults in the room are free. Book at least a week ahead for Saturday afternoons, which sell out first, and about three days for a weekday. A $50 deposit holds the room and comes off the bill.
Food
Pizza from three doors down
We do not run a kitchen. The pizzas come from a family-run shop in the same strip; they hand-stretch the dough, get the order twenty minutes before your room time, and walk it over so it lands hot. Each large is cut into ten slices, and the standard mix is half pepperoni, half cheese, unless you tell us otherwise on the booking.
Allergy-aware options on every package: gluten-free base, dairy-free cheese, a nut-free line, and vegetarian or halal toppings. Every box comes labelled with what is inside. Blaze and Legend include jugs of pop, juice and water; Sprout parties can add a drinks jug for $12 or bring their own.
Cake is yours to bring. We keep it cold, supply the candles if you forget them, and the host brings it out when you are ready.
The rooms and the small print
Both party rooms sit off the arcade with a big window onto the pinball row, so parents can sit with a coffee and still see everyone. Each seats 16 kids at two long tables with a side table for presents, and has its own washroom nearby, a fridge, and a speaker you can plug a phone into. Decorations are welcome; tape and tacks are not, but we have string lines and clips for banners.
Party rooms book by the package only. If you just want a table for cake after a walk-in arcade visit, the snack corner has open seating at no charge.
- Reschedule free with 72 hours' notice; the deposit is held for a future date if less.
- Final head count and pizza choices by noon the day before.
- Adults joining the quest count toward the room's player limit.
- Balloons, banners and party bags are yours to bring; glitter and confetti are not, purely because of the machines.
- Parties on statutory holidays run at the same price during holiday hours (12:00–20:00).
Party questions
Can we bring our own cake?
Please do. Bring it in a box with the name on it and hand it to the desk when you arrive; we keep it chilled and bring it out with candles lit whenever you give the host the nod. Plates, forks and a knife are in the room.
What about allergies?
Tell us on the booking. The kitchen we use does a gluten-free base and a dairy-free cheese for the same price, and keeps a nut-free line. Every pizza arrives labelled. Outside food beyond the cake is fine for allergy reasons; just let us know so the host knows what is what.
How much time do we need in total?
Sprout runs about 2 hours 15 minutes door to door, Blaze about 3 hours, Legend about 4 hours. We book the party room and quests back to back so nobody is waiting around, and the arcade time can flex in either direction.
Do parents pay to be there?
No. Adults in the party room are free and can watch the arcade through the window. Any adult who wants to play buys a regular play card at the desk; adults who join the quest count toward the room maximum.
