Before you write
- Quest bookings: tell us the quest, the date, a time window and how many players, including the youngest player's age.
- Parties: the package you are leaning toward, the head count and the birthday kid's age. We suggest the quest.
- Schools and groups: group type, numbers, two or three date options and any dietary or accessibility notes.
- Lost and found: what, roughly when, and a phone number. We check the bin the same day.
We do not take bookings by social media message; the form or the phone is the only way a room gets held.
When to call instead
Phone if the visit is today or tomorrow, if you are already in the parking lot, or if a booking needs to move in the next 24 hours. The desk can see the quest calendar and hold a room on the spot; the form goes to an inbox that is checked between rushes. Friday and Saturday evenings the line is busiest between 18:00 and 20:00, so a Tuesday afternoon call gets you a longer chat about which quest suits a mixed-age group.
For anything involving an invoice, a purchase order or a signed group form, email is better than either, because it leaves a paper trail for both of us.
